I think that was pretty well said. Im a huge Nascar fan, but ive never even been to the State Fair Speedway. In fact Ive never heard of much even going on out there. Perfect example of your point.

I am indifferent about the whole scenario really. I'm not a racing fan, but it would be nice if OKC would replace one venue with another. |

If you didn't go I can see where it would be no big deal but a bunch of people have spent a large part of their lives there and it becomes a way of life. Someone will put up a new track on the outskirts somewhere.

I don't have a problem with it being moved and agree with SoonerC that it will move to the outskirts. The problem I have is putting the new convention center at that location.
