The St. Louis Rams agreed to a record contract with No. 1 overall draft pick Sam Bradford on Friday night, ESPN, Fox Sports and NFL.com reported.
The
 deal includes a guaranteed $50 million for the former Oklahoma QB, the 
most guaranteed money included in a deal in NFL history.
Sam Bradford agreed to a contract with $50 million guaranteed with the St. Louis Rams.

In total, it's a six-year deal worth $76 million, with a maximum value of $86 million.The
 Rams drafted Bradford with an expectation of him becoming the face of 
their franchise. He will also become a premier face of the NFL, with a 
contract that dwarf those of even Super Bowl MVPs such as Peyton Manning and Tom Brady.
Bradford's $50 million guaranteed shatters the previous record for guaranteed money, set last year by Detroit's Matthew Stafford when he signed for $41.7 million after being selected first overall.
